All sales are final. River City Media provides digital services and does not offer refunds or exchanges for any service once work has begun or deliverables have been provided.
By purchasing any service from River City Media, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds for:
- Strategy sessions
- Content creation or editing services
- Marketing campaigns
- Design work
- Any other service provided by River City Media
Once payment is made and work begins, the transaction is considered final.
Service Issues
If you believe there is an issue with the service delivered (e.g., technical error, incomplete delivery), contact us at {email address} within 3 days of service completion. We will review the concern and determine, at our sole discretion, whether a revision or adjustment is appropriate.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve a dispute may result in termination of all future services. We are committed to working with clients in good faith and request the same in return.
